Frequently asked questions
Where can I see the stone in person?
At the IBS stone market, Lô A1, Đường số 2, Khu công nghiệp Nhựt Chánh, Xã Nhựt Chánh, Huyện Bến Lức, Tỉnh Long An. Open 07:00-20:00 · Monday-Sunday. Message us on WhatsApp beforehand so we can prepare the stones you're interested in.
Do the photos match the actual slabs?
Photos are for reference only. Every slab and block has its own tone and veining, so we recommend seeing the real slab or requesting photos of the specific slab before confirming.
Can IBS cut stone to drawings?
Yes. The IBS factory cuts to size and shapes curves, columns, mouldings and other stone details to drawings.
What do you need for a quotation?
The stone name or photo, where it will be used, the area or sizes and thickness, plus drawings if you have them. The clearer the brief, the more accurate the quote.
How can I pay?
Bank transfer to the company account or cash; payment terms follow the contract.
